Re: Injuries in SQlite

I answer myself in case anybody comes with the ame question years from now. If you add a niggling injury in SQlite, it is taken into account for friendly matches, so it is a no issue.

Injuries in SQlite

Back after a long hiatus:-) I am trying to add injuries for my league through SQlite but even if I add the injury, the stat remains the same and I have to decrease it in SQlite manually. That is not really a problem, but I have no idea how to do it for niggling injuries. Anybody could help? Thanks a...

Re: Data transfer per online friendly match

Do you mean the match replay file size? or bandwidth demands while playing?
Bandwith
It's negligible. Glasswire tells me that my match on Tuesday was 135KB.
Thanks Dode! You are always really helpful :-) do you think it will be similar for BB:CE?

Data transfer per online friendly match

Have been trying to find any info on this but could only find it for fumbbl. Anybody knows how much data (in average) is downloaded per match in BB2 and BB: Chaos Ed?

Thanks!

Re: Solo play: better IA

There's even scope, should it be possible, for an AI World Cup-style competition. And I bet they won't concede! I dont know if there are that many good AI programmers that also like blood bowl, but that would be awesome. Although it would likely mean a good AI for the roster that had most chances t...

Re: Solo play: better IA

While most of us, I think, play the MP side of things I don't think you can disregard the SP market. It's there and it does get used. Some people don't like online, some don't have the means. I know there are a number of games which I have started in SP and moved on to MP which I would never have e...

Re: Solo play: better IA

SP is nothing other than a tutorial, this is a multiplayer game and that is where their efforts should be. If it was possible to make a halfway decent AI for this game, I'd say sure go make loads of SP content. But it isn't possible. Would rather they had scrapped SP altogether. And before anyone p...

Re: Solo play: better IA

As horrible as the AI is, and it is very bad, I don't think it should be worked on more than adding better league management tools, the ability to rename mercenaries, or other quality of life changes to the rest of the game. I think cyanide has enough on their plate, but it would be nice if it was ...

Re: Solo play: better IA

I asked both question at the AMA they did 6 months ago and got no answer. It is very unlikely they will do anything to improve the AI themselves and even though they said before release they would open it to the community, that seems more and more unlikely as well, unfortunately
