I think what we're seeing is related to the "priorty" aspect of the pooling system. Cyanide said that if a team didn't get a game in the previous pooling period, they get priority for matching in the next pooling period. My theory is that the priority flag supercedes the 500 TV limit. Now,...

I see that has having a huge advantage especially coupled with the fact that it seems the AI teams generate far more players with double rolls for leveling up players than does the 'real' team.
