Interception roll bug?

Any problem? Here should be the solution!

Interception roll bug?

Playing vs AI and testing some stuff.. Noticed that the interception roll AI makes doesn't include -2 interception attempt. In a nutshell, AI requires {3+} (agi 4) roll to succeed when it should be {3+2=5+}... Or have I misunderstood something? Playing with Chaos Edition 3.0.2.2.

Here is a screenshot. I think Harketh is the blitzer 3 squares north from my Runner who tossed the ball to my assassin. Actually he should have had 6+ interception throw because there is one tacklezone on him. Am I right?

No problem on your screenshot.
The thing is that the player is an AG4 so all agility throw are 3+.
The log show usually the difficulty of throw (3+) here then the modifier (-2 for interception action, -1 for each TZ, -1 according to weather etc.).
But here, the player rolled a 6 (critical success=allways a success) so the log only show (3+) -> 6 success (modifier could appear but it wouldn't change a thing)

I see... why wouldn't you show all the modifiers... even if the roll is 6. Ugh... I suppose both interceptions I suffered were rolled as 6. :l Thanks for the clarification.

It's because 1s and 6s are automatic, so why bother.

Not to mention that if all the modifiers were in there people who didn't read the CRP would see the broken math of the roll needing to be > 6 and we'd have similar posts coming asking "why?!?"

Seeing "6 Critical -> Success" seems to pretty self explaintory.
