Multiplier Account Issue

Multiplier Account Issue

Hello all,

So I brought the game today, having never played before. My friends started a league so I thought i'd join in. However, on the first time launching the game, I tried to make a new account, but encounter the following message:

"Error: the maximum number of accounts created with this player key is reached. To create an account, please delete an existing one."

I'd never even loaded the game prior to this point, so have no idea what to do? I cant find a player key and havent had any e-mails when I try and request the info. I right click on the game in my steam library and get no 'CD Key Option'

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

You may well get a reply tomorrow. They won't answer at the weekend. Failing that send an email with the issue to support@bloodbowl-game.com

Tried sending them an e-mail but the address has bounced back as invalid?

Apparently the mail still gets through. That's been reported to happen a lot.
