XBOX 360 BUGS

Any problem? Here should be the solution!

XBOX 360 BUGS

Postby Giddy72 » 15 March 2012, 22:17

When is there going to be a bug fix for the Xbox 360 version??

Player Skills disappear as they rank up
If you block a player onto a player on the floor, sometimes there is not a third tier option to move the pile and you have to wait until the turn times out
When AI opposition is hit and they use the dump off skill, the game seems to freeze sometimes too - meaning another timeout.

im sure there are more - if i get any decent replies from the developers, ill make an effort to record them all?

Nope, there is no more support for the 360 version of the original Blood Bowl.

WHY IS THAT? Doesnt seem right not to support a product?

No product is supported forever. In this case though, it believe it's partially due to a newer version of the game being released for PC, but not on Xbox.

They used to have the option to swap your Xbox copy of the game for the PC version, but I'm not sure if that's still the case.

No point hassling GW as they can't do anything about it. They don't stock it and they never advertised it.

i ve got to hassle somebody!!

And as to not supporting a product forever> This isnt a 1971 Ford mustang i need spare parts for, its a 2010 piece of buggy shit software!

and, its a legal requirement to support a manufacturing process for 9 years after product launch, so i cant see why software isnt covered?

Where is it a legal requirement to do that? Just because I know it's not the case in Europe (where the game was made), and a quick Google search giving zero countries where that is the case.

It also doesn't count because software isn't "manufactured" for the purposes of most laws, as it's not a physical product.

Millandson you are rules lawyering.
It doesn't matter I can't think of many programs that are supported 9 years after creation.

I specialised in IP and commercial law, I can't help it :P and yea, other than MMOs (like Everquest) and possibly OSs, I can't think of any software supported for nearly a decade.
