Goblins and Halflings should have 4 agility

Ok, so if you think about it, Halflings and any Goblin team including Orcs are so unreliable because of these units. They don't excel at anything, having average MA, below average strenght, below average armor, and average agility? Cmon, that's just troll. I don't think if they had 4 agility that they would be anything more viable than Elves, but at least it would make them better at passing game.

No. Dodging anywhere on a 2+. And they're not meant to be good at passing, that's why they count the range as one further than it is.

Well exactly because they count the passing range at -1 having 4 agility would make them only average. As I said before 6MA, 2 STR, 3AGI and 7 Armor is just too stupid. Having stunty doesn't make up for any of this, and also cripples them at passing game, which they already have trouble with because of all mentioned.

They are very cheap and dispensable though... Good for getting all fouly and having fun with inducements, secret weapons and throw team mate 1TTDs.

They only cost 40k and are bloody good value at that price. Ag4 would be silly.

Stunties aren't meant to be passing the ball. If you want to pass then don't take stunties. Their w/l% is where it should be, AG4 will make them much better, and they still wouldn't pass much, but dodge everywhere.

I think you are also missing that they are intentionally gimped races. Those, along with the vampires to some degree are meant to be disadvantaged and challeging races to play, that get a few unique advantages for it.

'I really like teams that have stunty players in them but want them buffed so I can improve my chances of winning with them'

A horrible suggestion that thankfully is as likely to happen as the Earth is being flat.

Blood Bowl isn't intended to be balanced. Flings and gobbos are meant to be bad. Some minor buffs might be good: I like timmmber, wouldn't be adverse to gobbo trolls losing loner, or to the bomber getting P access, and wouldn't mind if chef for flings and bribes for gobbos became roster features rather than inducements. However, a buff like ag4 would be awful imo.
