And a player with Tackle's not just gonna be just sitting around with his thumb up his butt.

I like the odds of knockdown against the blodgers better with tackle... plus it negates their dodge if they try to flee... if I need a couple more block dice... maybe i just blow a RR.

The odds of knocking down a Blodger with a single 2-dice block with Tackle (you need a defender stumbles or a defender down, so:1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3 = 66,6%) are the same of knocking him with two 2-dice blocks with Frenzy (you need a defender down, so: 1/6+1/6+1/6+1/6 = 4/6 = 2/3 = 66,6%), and Frenzy is not a wasted skill against a player without Dodge, Tackle is.
Tackle can't crowdsurf players as easily as Frenzy.
This said, feel free to choose whatever you fancy. ;)

Or you do maths correctly and find out that you have 1-2/3*2/3=55.6% with tackle and 1-(5/6)^4=51.8% with frenzy.

Don't mess with Damek's math, he's always right :)

Being a norse team who took an extra frenzying lineman beacuse i'm nutty like that (yes 6 frenzy's on the team) i'd say frenzy for sure. It's frustrating when you end up snuggled next to a bad bad man becuase your block die only yielded push, but that's a risk that's totally worth it when you can push two people out of bound in one turn :) Sure its rare as heck, but fun fun fun fun!

My problem with frenzy is, unlike norse and most other teams... I lack an apoth... and ghouls lack regeneration.

Frenzy Would it be great to push out of bounds... sure, but Frenzy can also limit the option to throw blocks due to unavoidable secondary block positions. Not to mention the risk of leaving an extremely expensive yet fragile piece in the tackle zone of my opponent.

Frenzy is cool just not for this ghoul
