Lvl 3 ogre rolls boxcars

I just level up'd my human team's ogre to lvl4, and rolled boxcars (6 + 6). what do I do give him the st+ or give him
block
He already has:
ma+ 1
And
Guard.

Im leaning towards block. Just want to be sure that I'm not missing some hidden (but insanely useful) reason to have a fast roided out ogre instead of one with block.

I gave him block. And I don't regret a thing he's now level 5 and a mass murderer. Averaging 2 injuries inflicted a game. St+ definitely wasn't needed but I know for a fact he has rolled "both down" at least once every game since.

Block is almost always a better choice for big guys than Strength, except in very specific circumstances. It helps with both blocking and defense, since a team is less likely to try a 2-die against block to push you off if the threat of taking both down is there.

Update my ogre still alive at level 6 here also secure like 7mvp's and a nurggling injury being uis only weakness
