Dodge is the obvious choice.

If you are thinking really long term then jump up is good to combine with mb and po

Pass followed by strong arm would be an oddball choice if you want to build a thrower on this team.

You pretty much read my mind. I thought about giving him "pass". But was unsure what the role of each undead positional is normally so ended up going with dodge.

jump up to pile on , once you meet dwarf your dodge is useless unlike jump up

You do not want pass on undead. Dodge or skip the doubles for short-term, jumpup for long-term was the right advice.
Personally, I always decide beforehand whether or not to spam dodge on a team. Undead wouldn't be one on which I'd spam it.
Of the remaining options, I might just consider diving tackle (I have it on a blitz-Ra, which is pretty similar to a wight).

Dodge is good if he's going to be a support player. Dodge+guard+SF lets you get the guard where you need it more reliably and lets you keep it there. Undead have a problem getting guard where they need it.

With that said you still need kill skills on undead, so piling on is also nice. I would prefer to have MB first and then roll doubles though :-)

I wouldn't consider pass, but if I was going to I would need a +AG wight first. But you don't have any good receivers, and ghouls and wights need other skills and can't really afford to take catch.
