New Champion Season - New Prize Pool!

Hey Coaches,

It's now been 7 months since we launched the Champion Ladder in the Cabalvision Official League. This 6-week ladder qualifies 16 teams for the play-offs called Champion Cup.

Champion Cup 3 just finished - congratulations to our Season 3 champions WoohooBoy (PC) and ReznorRulesYou (PS4)! And Champion Cup 4 is about to start, good luck to the qualified teams! We'd like to thank once again our community admin team, without whom we couldn't run such a well-moderated competition.

We're delighted to see your enthusiasm towards this competition, but we're also reading your feedback concerning its lack of stakes, outside of sheer glory!

That's why we're pleased to announce the introduction of a regular prizepool for the Champion Cups on PC/Mac and PS4!



Starting with Champion Cup 5 on PC and PS4, for which the Champion Ladder 5 starts today, the best Blood Bowl 2 coaches will now receive the following prizes:

  • 500 Cyans
  • Fans Favorite skill on the grand final MVP
• 2nd
  • €250
  • 400 Cyans
• 3rd & 4th
  • €100
  • 300 Cyans
• 5th to 8th
  • 200 Cyans
• 9th to 16th

I don't want to hijack your thread here, but are you guys also looking into more things to actually spend the Cyans on? Surely there are some more cosmetic upgrades they can be added to the game that we can use those Cyans on...

Yes, but the priority stays features and content requested by the community. Cosmetics are cool but we prefer to give them to everyone, or work on more awaited features.

Yes, but the team can't register in the new Champion Ladder. It has to play in the Open Ladder.
