SPP's in overtime

Postby AlexOneMillion » 26 August 2014, 17:17

I absolutely love the game-it's fantastic to play it on my iPad. But to business-SPP's don't seem to count if achieved in overtime, in fact TD's etc don't appear on the game stats.

This is correct and is done to prevent SPP farming in overtime.

Fair enough and thanks for replying. Although I do feel my goblin is owed something for being thrown into the endzone on turn 24 for the win!

Another question. My thrower picked up the ball after his two go for its. Can he then not throw it? The game wouldn't let me.

Should be able to. I think you need to plan the throw before the 2nd GFI, due to the way the game works, but I'm not 100% on that.
Just to check though, had you already used Throw team-Mate on that turn? If so, that counts as your Pass action for the turn so you wouldn't be able to throw the ball.

Nope, I was talking about a 0TTD on a Blitz! using TTM.

Nope, first action of the game-picking it up after the kick off. Not sure how I can plan the move as the game doesn't give you an option to declare what you intend to do.

There's is a pass button on the player card on the pc version. No idea if it there in the tablet version.

It's curious-just checked it out during another part of the game and was fine-I was in the extreme left square of the endzone.

No pass option on the player cards on the iPad version

Seems more and more the moral of the story is "Avoid the tablet versions" - even more buggy that the "buggy as shit" PC one!

And just so we're clear.. a blitz wasn't declared as part of the action.
