Crashing during Touchdown animations, amongst other times

Postby Dreamland Gaming » 13 December 2015, 16:51

Hi,

I recently bought a new PC, and have been trying for the last couple of days to get BB2 to work with this, but every game it seems to crash during either the touchdown animation or another time close to this.

I have tried upgrading the Direct X, lowering my graphics settings, checking my graphics drivers, running a stress test on the gpu, as well as the obvious of running as an admin and reinstalling after reading other posts on the site.

PC Specs are:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 32 Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHZ (4CPUs)
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Direct X Version: 12
Graphics Name: NVIDIA GeForce 750 Ti

I ran this game fine on low settings even on my Mac, so cannot believe it is a performance issue as the game now crashes even on very low and having lowered the settings further in the Config file.

Any help is greatly appricated!

Hello,

Please send us an email at support@focus-home.com and provide us with your message the following files:

- A Microsoft DirectX diagnostic report (file: 'DxDiag.txt').
- The game log (file: 'Game000.log').

To generate a Microsoft DirectX diagnostic report:

1. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type: DXDIAG
2. Click the button 'OK'.
3. Click the button 'Save All Information...'.
4. Save the file 'DxDiag.txt' and close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

The log is located in:

1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
2. Click 'Documents' under 'Librairies' or 'This PC'.
3. Open the folder 'BloodBowl2'.
