Blood Bowl servers are down for xbox users

Thank you for the hard reset solution, I did reboot my system, but I didn't clear the cache.

Cyans are linked with coach account. You should check but it's probably the registration.

Does this mean that users who purchased during the server issues and weren't able to get online won't be getting the Cyans?

I am curious about this as well, because I bought the game during the sale, but was not able to get online until lastnight.
