ok i lost my ghoul and it regenerated as a zombi for the opposition
The animation displayed the character without its head

There's also a bit of a tell with regen at the moment.

If you have cinematics set to armor breaks and don't see an animation on a casualty, then you know that regen was successful. If you don't have any cinematics and don't see a red cross appear above player who suffered a casualty, then you know that regen was successful.

It was kind of "lost in translation": he meant the killed Ghoul got raised as a zombie, whose model didn't have a head in game.

Obviously it had nothing to do with regeneration: Ghouls don't have regen.

sorry guys it was a poor choice of words

indeed my ghoul was killed on the pitch and "raised" as a zombi for the opposition but the animation was missing his head.

Hello, thanks for the report, this issue "should" be fixed for the release.
Currently, the zombie is not properly set up, you can notice he always gets Head number 1.

The fix properly randomize the head and we hope it will fix the missing head. I haven't seen the bug since this fix on my side by the way.
